Food Products
- No Return or Exchange: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products. All sales of food items are final.
Clothing Products
- Return Charges: For all non-food products, customers can initiate a return within 7days of receiving their order. However, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
